We have an excellent track record with safe arrivals and many satisfied customers :) Most orders are insured up to $100, If an item comes damaged please send several detailed pictures of the box and item broken and we can help you file a claim with the post office. If you have any questions about a particular item, please make sure to contact us prior to purchase. We always describe all vintage items, through both photography and description, as accurately as possible. Sometimes the P.O will take the item back to the local post office and you will have it pick up. We are NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.
Please be sure the shipping address provided to us is the correct address you want your items shipped to. We will be sure to send out a tracking number as soon as we ship your item. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. Pick up or delivery to the PA area is available, feel free to ask :)
